On June 11th and 12th, 2008, the Macedonian Employers’ Organization received a training in Human Resource Management organized by BEA and delivered by two Bulgarian experts, Hristo Stojanov and Elena Todorova.
Macedonian employers weregiven the opportunity to learn more about the importance of the Human Resource Management function in their companies, the relevance of the proper organization of the Human Resource Management function and establishment of good interpersonal relations in their companies. Most of the training was led as a workshop and the participants were able to actively take part in the discussion by raising issues that assist as “hottest” in the Macedonian legislative and institutional environment.
