In the period from 13 till 15 July, 2007 in the Hotel “GRANIT” in Ohrid was held the training for Human Resource Management supported by USAID/ Business Environment Activity. The main aim was knowledge advancement given to the sector of supervisors of the Central Service of the Employment Service Agency and supervisors in the Employment Centers for of the Republic of Macedonia in the part of improving the communication with the employees (in the institution and out of it), improving the method and mechanisms for carrying the decision and resolving the problems, and also improving the motivation level.
The training for advancement the supervising teams and strengthening of human resource was composite from the following modules:
Communications
Decision making and dispute resolution
Valuation labor output and motivation
Active learning methodology was used on the training, because this methodology is the most appropriate and best way to help the managers and their teams develop interactive skills.
The training program was passed through planning process, realization and study groups.
The studying was organized in small groups (22 persons) in order to facilitate optimal exchange to the relative experiences, while the training was held by teams of two trainers in each group- experts with experience of more than 10 years.

At the end of the training every attendant received a certificate for a successfully accomplished training.
