With the support of USAID’s Business Environment Activity (BEA) and the Human and Institutional Development Program, the Macedonian Human Resource Association was established in Skopje. The association is founded as a citizens’ association, and the constitutional assembly was held on April 22.
The Association was formed with the objective to connect the human resource professionals in a strong community of members, which will be oriented to development of the profession, identification of the common challenges and their impact on the human resources management, as well as to positioning of the profession as an integral part of the process of creating strategies for improvement of the effectiveness of the Macedonian companies.

The members are voting for the bodies of the Association
The activities of this association will include specialized educational programs for professional development of the practitioners in the area of human resources, trainings that address the issue of how to cope with the challenges of the current working environment, and development of a professional network that will act jointly in creating directions for the further development of the profession, and the country workforce, in general. The association will present a forum for a continuous exchange of experiences and knowledge, and it will intensively promote the concept of life-long learning.
